Andrej Zelenbaba

Andrej Zelenbab was born in Zadar, Croatia and as a teenager he played in the junior team of Zadar. He studied physical education in university of Belgrade and played in OKK Belgrade. Then moved to the USA and studied for 2 years in University of New - Orleans. There he played for its basketball team and won the conference tittle.

In the season of 1994/95 he joined the Israeli team Hapoel Galil Elyon. In January he was traded and in 1995/96 he played with Hapoel Afula in the Israeli third league. That year the team went up to the second league. In the 1995/96 season he played with Maccabi Netanya in the second league and with them he went up a league.
